Ashley made the switch from the temporary staffing sector to consultancy at TriHD. She works on projects in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HD Operations and has a special interest in employee well-being.
Describe yourself in two sentences.
I would describe myself as a hardworking individual with a positive and enthusiastic mindset. I always strive to put energy and care in my work.
Tell us something more about your career path.
My professional journey started with a Bachelor’s degree in medicine. I also studied sociology, which gave me a great understanding of human nature, behavior and dynamics. This foundation has been invaluable in my career.
Building on this foundation, I completed my formal education with a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Health Education, further deepening my knowledge of health and wellbeing.
My previous work experience in the medical field, logistics and temporary staffing have equipped me with a broad knowledge and a diverse set of skills to help organizations and individuals reach their full potential.
I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to make a positive impact in other people’s lives and look forward to continuing to do so in the future.

As a Human Development Project Consultant at TriHD I now have the opportunity to work on projects in Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and HD Operations. Given my passion for human and personal development, I strive to constantly learn and grow in my role.
I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to make a positive impact in other people’s lives and look forward to continuing to do so in the future.
What project are you currently working on?
My current project is in Talent Acquisition at a large international retailer. Over a period of a few months, I am supporting the company to maximize intake. From sourcing and screening candidates over job interviews to salary proposals. Recruitment A-Z in short.
I strive to give candidates and colleagues the best experience I possibly can, applying my experience from the temporary staffing sector and my acquired people skills.
Due to the type of profiles sought and the amount of open vacancies, it’s certainly a nice challenge and a step out of my comfort zone.
Where do you want to be within 5 years?
My ultimate goal is to become a well-rounded Human Development Professional with maximum positive impact on employee well-being.
I strive to give candidates and colleagues the best experience I possibly can.
Ashley Abigaïl Wills, Project Consultant @TriHD
If you could, in one sentence, convince someone to become your new colleague, what would that sentence be?
At TriHD, you get the opportunity to be in the driver’s seat of your own career.
What is your advice for a new colleague?
Genuinely figuring out what you want out of life and taking initiatives to achieve it are going to pay off for you personally and professionally. But most of all don't forget to enjoy the process of getting there.
