She is constantly striving to learn and grow in her role, always keeping her passion for human and personal development at the forefront.

Making a positive impact in other people’s lives as an HD project consultant? That’s a 10/10 for me!

As a Human Development Project Consultant at TriHD, she’s mostly grateful for the opportunities she gets to make a positive impact on other people’s lives and to look forward to continuing to do so in the future. Although Ashley can only mark her first quarter within TriHD, she isn’t hesitant to already give the job she just started in a 10/10!

How did Ashley become Project Consultant?

Ashley’s professional journey started with a Bachelor’s degree in medicine. She also studied sociology, which gave her a great understanding of human nature, behavior and dynamics. This foundation has been invaluable in her career. Building on this foundation, she completed her formal education with a Master of Science in Health Promotion and Health Education, further deepening her knowledge of health and wellbeing.

Her previous work experience in the medical field, logistics and temporary staffing has equipped her with a broad knowledge and a diverse set of skills to help organizations and individuals reach their full potential.

Her current project is in Talent Acquisition at a large international retailer where she supports the company to maximize intake. From sourcing and screening candidates over job interviews to salary proposals. Recruitment A-Z in short.

She strives to give candidates and colleagues the best experience she possibly can, applying her experience from the temporary staffing sector and her acquired people skills. Due to the type of profiles sought and the amount of open vacancies, it’s certainly a nice challenge and a step out of her comfort zone.

What is the story behind your personal item?

On Sundays Ashley always has a date with her slow cooker. It’s one of the main characters in her Sunday food prep sessions for the upcoming week. Besides being a Project Consultant, she’s also a mom and a wife. Bringing the same drive and passion into her home life as she does to work is very important to her. Living healthy and stepping into the world to be her ‘best self’ is her goal in both work and home.

  • As a consultant, do I have to cover a great travel distance on a daily basis?

    As a consultant at TriHD, you can work in the region of your choice or from the nearest TriHD office. Together with our clients, we strive for a hybrid working situation.

  • Do I have a say in the projects I do?

    The projects proposed to you are in line with your current knowledge, skills and ambitions. Together with our internal team you decide which projects are the best match for you.

  • What if I don’t have the required skills yet for a project that interests me?

    If you lack certain skills for a project, TriHD will provide the necessary training and a skilled mentor to guide you through your project.

  • What kind of guidance can I expect?

    We map your current knowledge and skills with the help of in-house tools. This is the starting point of your personal development plan and forms the basis we need to offer you projects and guidance in line with your ambitions. In addition, you receive guidance from our internal team (BaseCamp) your fellow consultants and a Career Coach.

  • Work-life balance is important to me. Is that possible for consultants?

    TriHD uses a system of flexible working hours so it’s easier for you to plan your day. We offer 20 legal holidays and 12 ADV/RTT-days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. In addition, you can aquire extra legal vacation days through our cafeteria plan.

  • What does the salary package at TriHD look like?

    At TriHD, you can count on a competitive and flexible salary package that consists of (among others) a company car (Mini/BMW), smartphone with subscription and 32 vacation days.
